Enrollment Process
Follow the simple steps listed below to enroll your child at Angels Child Development Center.
- Complete an enrollment application
- Obtain physical and immunization
- Return all information to the center
Your child is considered enrolled once application has been received. If you are using Child Care Connection services a certificate will also be requested prior to enrollment.
